Hi Pam, Rhythms Dance Center has ballet classes for 4 year olds. If you are still interested let me know and I can talk with you more about their studio, philosophy, etc.

This is not in Northern Marin, but both my daughter's have attended Miss Matrisha's classes at Just Dance Academy in downtown San Rafael since they were 2 (my oldest is 4 1/2 now). They both love her. I think Miss Matrisha has a great balance between fun and structure, the kids love her class, but Miss Matrisha also has rules the kids must follow and learn so much.
