Kick off the holiday season in San Francisco’s Central Business District with the 9th annual tree lighting event and concert, featuring great music by multi-platinum selling recording artist, Andy Grammer, 49er Hall of Famers and the largest tree in the Bay Area region. Family oriented holiday entertainment includes the Dick Bright Orchestra and the Pacific Boys Choir. Honorary Chairs Karen & Ronnie Lott (former 49er & NFL legend) and Candy & Eddie DeBartolo Jr. (former 49ers owner) will lead the countdown to lighting the holiday tree.
As one of San Francisco's largest family holiday events, 555 California will feature one of the tallest trees in the region throughout the holiday season. This year's white fir tree from Shasta County is over 80 feet tall and will be covered in 196,000 dazzling lights. The event benefits Ronnie Lott's All Stars Helping Kids
