Museum Mondays: Happy Holidays, Charlie Brown!

Celebrate the holiday season with festive crafts! Bead a pipe cleaner candy cane, finger print lights on Snoopy’s doghouse holiday card, and create your own snow slime.

Enjoy stories, arts and craft activities, and movement games on the last Monday of the month. Activities are designed for children ages 1 – 5 and their caregivers. Museum Mondays are held EVERY Monday from October – February.

To extend our heartfelt condolences to everyone affected by the recent fires in Sonoma County, we are offering free admission to Museum Mondays through February 26, 2018 for all those displaced by the fires. Ask for your free admission card when you come to the Museum and join us EVERY Monday from now through February 26 for hands-on activities and crafts for toddlers and their caregivers.

Cost: $5 per child. Up to 2 adults per child are free before 11:00 am. After 11:00 am, regular Museum admission applies. Free for members.

Family Kirtan with Devaa Mitchell

Museum Mondays: Community Helpers

Learn about the different members of our community. Explore a real police car with the Santa Rosa Police Department and meet some live animal community members from Sonoma County Animal Services. Also, get a free safety check for your child car seat courtesy of the Santa Rosa Police department.

Hands-on Chanukah

Discover new ways to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Chanukah, the Festival of Lights. Join the Jewish Concierge of Sonoma County, PJ Library, and Octopretzel at the Charles M. Schulz Museum for an exciting and engaging free Chanukah program for the entire family. Activities will include dreidel spinning contests, marshmallow-dreidel decorating, menorah crafting, children’s book fair, Chanukah lights with PJ Library, free gift raffle, and more. Octopretzel offers a children’s show as exuberant as their whimsical name. The band creates engaging music, inspiring curiosity, wonder and appreciation for the world we live in. Their skilled musicianship and magical way with children guarantees a danceable, singable & super fun experience for the whole family. Get in free when you say “Hands-on-Chanukah”!
