Earth Day at the Marin Country Mart Farmers Market

Lively and enriching activities will take place all day long, beginning with Family Dance Jam who leads full participation dance games and fun movement for the whole family, with two shows from 9:30-10:15 and 11:00-11:45. A line up of eco art projects will span the day, including boat building and wild flower seeds balls, plus a showing of Dr. Seuss’s The Lorax will be prominently displayed on the big screen. Adults will relish in taking part in the cookbook swap (bring one, take one), and a class titled, Introduction to Backyard Chickens from 11:00-12:00. The Vanilla Extract, a 60’s cover band, will play memorable tunes of peace and love from 12:00-2:00.
