A classical mat pilates workout tailored to enhance core strength, awareness, and flexibility, while allowing you to challenge yourself at an appropriate level and intensity --gently engage those muscles, or find the edge! Feeding, changing, and holding baby during class is appropriate and welcomed. Recommended by women at least 4 weeks postnatal but not limited to postnatal women. Not recommended for prenatal women.
