Mt. Tam Bikes Camp is a 5-day camp for novice to expert mountain bikers, ages 8-14. Located in Mill Valley, California, where the sport was born, our custom-tailored sessions will explore the world-renowned trails of Marin. Experience the outdoors this summer on a mountain bike. Improve your riding skills, learn bike maintenance, trail etiquette, local history and ecology. We promise not to test campers’s on the last two. Come ride new trails each day in a fun, non-competitive environment, while learning to be a safe, conscientious, and self-reliant cyclists. We don’t just go for a ride, we coach mountain biking. Our focus is on each rider having fun, while safely taking their skills to the next level. Ultimately, the goal is for all of our campers to find that same joy that we’ve found, in nature, on a bike. Mountain Biking can be as hard as it is fun. If you ask us who the best rider is, we’ll tell you, the best rider is the one wearing the biggest smile.
