Kids on Camera TV/Film Acting Day Camp: Lights, camera, action, & fun! For ages 4-14. These are weeklong camps with different themes weekly. Some of the themes include: Comedy, voiceover, lip sync/rock ‘n roll, film acting, characters w/costumes, physical comedy w/puppets, improv & photo modeling, Award winning. Experienced music teachers will introduce your child to the wondrous world of music through song, movement, rhythm, creative crafts and keyboard.

New this summer, an Intensive Spanish Camp for students entering 4th – 8th grades. Children will spend each week dialoging with Spanish speakers and are supported by a team facilitating material in history, art, music, and natural wonders of the Spanish-speaking world. Activities include cultural games, arts & crafts, cooking, a real-life Mexican market, as well as weekly swimming, field trips, and lunch preparation. Check back soon for more camp info. 

Weekly youth (for 1st-5th graders) selected themes with activities including: Field Trips, Athletics, the Arts and the biggest and Best Playground in Novato, with a Climbing Wall and 14 foot tower! 23,000 sq. foot facility includes a full size gymnasium, art room, gamesroom, kitchen/dining room, classrooms, library and 4 outdoor playgrounds. The NYC has been specializing in Youth Development for over 34 years, and also offers summer programs for 0 to 5 year olds and middle school youth.

Summer is for fun and we have lots of fun in store just for preschoolers. First Friends Montessori is located in the Ross Valley in downtown Fairfax. We are offering 4 two-week camps. Each camp session will focus on a theme where we will read books, do projects (like cooking, art and science experiments), meet interesting visitors and make a presentation. The goal is to have fun, be creative and learn!

Strike a Cord summer camp is for kids ages 8 to 11 years. This week long rhythm enrichment day camp's theme is rock n roll and rythm. In addition to a variety of guitar class options such as lead guitar, song writing, and our Beatle/green day song rep class, campers will get to try their hand at precussion in the rhythm rocks hand drum class, as well experience the mystical outback in our back by popular demand, build your own and play your own didgeredoo class. There are two sessions:  June 21-June 25 and June 28-July 2. All materials are provided.

Play-Well TEKnologies offers a fun and exciting summer camp for LEGO lovers. This camp focuses on the fundamentals of engineering. Using a massive collection of LEGO® and other parts and guided by an experienced instructor, children aged 5-14 explore mechanical and structural engineering, architecture, robotics, radio-controlled vehicles, alternative energy, and more. They offer half-day camps located in San Anselmo and other recreation facitlitis throughout Marin. See the website below for locations.

The Ross Valley Swim School has taught thousands of swimmers since its inception in 1953. Lessons are taught by the week, Monday to Thursday, throughout the summer.

“Remember when Summer was just for FUN?” Join us this Summer for some good, old-fashion camp fun!

For the younger kids each week is built around a new theme explored through arts & crafts, singing, dancing, building, cooking, playing, yoga, physical activity and lots of fun and laughter. A weekly "Special Guest” will entertain with pirates, puppets, guitars, magic, or bubbles. Every Friday will be Splish-Splash Water Play day on the field. Camp Safari (3-4 years), Kinder Camp (Entering Kindergarten), and Camp Imagine (6-9 years) 9am- 1pm

The older kids can go to Top Gun Sports Camp (7-12 years) and Top Gun II (12-14 years) where they play every sport all day long. Once per week they take a field trip to a Giant’s or A’s game, Qzar, Driven Raceway etc. Walk to COM pool to swim Fri. 9am–3/5pm
