Art to Wear Rolling Hills Club

This month, the Rolling Hills Club in Novato debuts an all-new summer camp: Art to Wear! For kids ages 5 to 12, Art to Wear lets campers create unique and stylish works of art, including clothing and jewelry. Kids will experiment with different media to make three unique pieces of jewelry and work with fabric dyes and paints to create one-of-a-kind fashions. Art to Wear camp takes place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, June 19, 21, and 23 from 9 am to 4 pm.

Campers will spend the morning creating and the afternoon in and by the club's pool, where they'll also create yummy cold treats. Fabric bandannas will be provided, but feel free to bring along your child's own clothing to work on at camp. All campers at Art to Wear must pass the Rolling Hills Lifeguard Test to participate in swimming activities. Campers not yet ready to pass the test can receive free group swim lessons taught by club swim school instructors during the free swim period.

Art to Wear camp costs $180 for Rolling Hills Club members and $195 for guests. For more information or to register, call (415) 897-2185 or visit the club online at www.rollinghillsclub.com. The Rolling Hills Club is located in Novato at 351 San Andreas Drive (off San Marin Drive).
