  This free family event is part of the Children's Garden Series at Yerba Buena Gardens in San Francisco. For this program, Ka-Hon features Venezuelan-born Omar Ledezma, Peru’s Braulio Barrera and Pedro Rosales, and Mexican-born José Roberto Hernandez and Javier Cabanillas. • Lake Fishing for Kids

  Rangers will cast out with the kids at Stafford Lake Park to try to reel in the biggest fish in the lake. Rangers will supply a limited amount of fishing poles and bait for participants. All skill levels are welcome, and no experience is necessary. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and sturdy shoes. Don’t forget to bring a fishing pole. A fishing license is required for participants 16 and over. No pets (except service animals) are allowed at this park. No need to RSVP, just show up. Event details

The band is led by Little Folkies creator Irena Eide and will features Stand-up Bass player Danny Vitali who performs with the Grammy Award winning Okee Dokee Brothers and mandolin/fiddle extraordinaire Andrew Fahlander of the T sisters. They will play Little Folkies original songs and a sweet collection of old traditional folk songs for children.
