NOT family friendly!

I recently took my five-year old there with his friends and their parents after school and had a terrible experience as a result of very rude owner and staff. There is only one price which is $15/day + $5 for a "push walker/skate buddy" for beginners. If you want to skate with your child, it's another $15 for you. There is no hourly or half-day rate. I had my 3-year old with me who wanted to try, so I put him on skates and within 5 minutes he was crying and wanting off the ice. I took the skates back to return them thinking they would be understanding since we were only on the ice for 5 minutes. They would not give a refund, were very rude and would not allow me to give my ticket to someone else. The owner/manager, in particular was very nasty. Needless to say, we won't be back. Too expensive, not a great place for beginners, and a very unwelcoming, hostile staff.
