Seeking Family for Nanny Share late 2015, early 2016 (Novato).

My husband and I have a 2 month old, and are looking for a second local couple who would like to share a nanny starting at the end of the year or beginning of next year, when our daughter will be about 6 months old. We can hire together or split your existing nanny expenses/arrangements.

We are a professional couple in our mid/late 30s, living in Novato. We'd need just under 40 hours a week of care, but can be somewhat flexible on what it looks like (my plan is to work 75% time and not work Wednesdays, but I can shift the timing somewhat if necessary to make this work, or pay for a full week even if our kiddo isn't there one day a week most weeks). We would be OK with the kids being at our home or another non-smoking home during the day. Novato is ideal but we could talk about somewhere else close as my husband and I commute opposite directions.

Our ideal would be to figure out our co-client family soon and hire the nanny in December to start at the end of that month or January of next year, but we could move that a bit earlier if it's necessary.
