Girotondo Program Information
Girotondo Italian Preschool and Kindergarten is a full-immersion Italian program operating five days a week and offering extended care. Children may attend from two to five days a week to take full advantage of language immersion. Girotondo offers Italian language and culture classes for children and adults. First grade will start in fall of 2009.
Girotondo=amore
My son started at Girotondo in January and I have joyfully watched his social, linguistic (Italian!!) and physical skills take off. He loves going to scuola and I love that he is speaking more Italian. The school embraces play and child-initiated interests. They also have a big sit-down heathy Italian meal every day. As an educator myself, I find Girotondo Italian school to exceed my standards and expectations. More importantly, I see my child learning every day.
