Choose Cupcakes for Your Next Birthday Party

Who doesn’t love cupcakes? These delectable little cakes are currently very trendy, and for good reason—they’re sweet, tasty, cute, and of course all yours! They’re especially great for a birthday party, as there’s no cake cutting and its attendant mess involved, and no fighting over the size of cake slices and who gets the frosting flower on their piece.

Local bakery Cakes ‘n Cups specializes in providing cupcakes for special events like birthday parties, baby showers, and weddings. Run by Erin Hull and Christine Keyes, graduates of the Culinary Institute of America and the California Culinary Academy, respectively, their cupcakes come in a wide variety of flavors, including red velvet, German chocolate, carrot cake, chocolate raspberry, and of course those old standbys vanilla and chocolate. They can also top your cupcakes with a variety of classic decorations, or even create completely custom cupcakes for you.

Cakes ‘n Cups will deliver to your event in Marin (as well as San Francisco and areas in Sonoma County). The cakes are $3 a piece and $1.95 each for mini cupcakes, and the minimum order is two dozen (minimum of one dozen per flavor).
