Nature for Kids at Deer Park

This is a lovely, lush area in the winter. We’ll wind our way up the hill peeking under logs and rocks as we search for nature’s hidden treasures. If we’re lucky we may find slender salamanders, beetles, or millipedes. Meet at the parking area at the end of Porteus Ave.

From Fairfax, go south on Fairfax-Bolinas Rd, turn left at Porteus Ave, and follow to the end.
