ITALIAmore, an Italian enrichment program for kids, young people, and adults, is offering a summer camp for toddlers ages 3 to 14 at the Tam Community Center. They are offering a Italian Mini-club for ages 3-9. Learn Italian in a fun and engaging two week and four week musical experience. There are 2 sessions: June 16-June 26 and June 30-July 10 from 10 am to noon Monday to Thursday. For the 10- to 14-year-olds there is Italian Junior Club, a unique, project-based curriculum teaches older children both basic and intermediate Italian. Little Lingua offers a Spanish summer camp for kids ages 2-5. They are offering five one-week sessions from June 23 through August 1 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 am to noon. All activities reinforce basic Spanish vocabulary. Kids ages 2 and 3 need to have a parent or guardian with them for the class. Ages 4 and 5 can be dropped off for class. Girotondo Italian School offers a summer day camp in San Rafael and Mill Valley. The Girotondo 2008 Summer Program is divided into 4 weeks running from June 9 to July 3, Monday-Friday from 9 am to 1 pm. Each week the curriculum will revolve around a particular theme.
