Summer Discovery Camps at the Bay Area Discovery Musuem
The Bay Area Discovery Museum is offering a Summer Discovery Camp from June 4-August 17, 2012 for children ages 3 to 8. Some of this year's themes include: Big Discoveries, Art Attack!, Shipwrecks and Treasure Hunts, Afternoon Adventures, On the Bay, Super Heros and Heroines, Fort Building 101, Creature Creations, and Water Wonders.
Preschool Camps: Young children ages 3 and 4 who are currently enrolled in a preschool program. Please note: children enrolled in the Preschool Camp must be 3-years-old by June 1, 2012.
Pre-kindergarten Camps: Children ages 4 and 5 who are attending preschool or who will be attending.
School-aged Camps: Children who are entering first, second and third grade in the fall of 2012.
Camp hours are: AM sessions: 9 am-1 pm; PM sessions: 1-4 pm
Extended Camp Hours: before care: 8-9 am and aftercare 4-5 pm.
Cost: camps prices range from $140-$350 a week. The extended care is: before care 8-9 am $35 and after care 4-5 pm $35. It's $10 per hour per single day.
