Crawler + Me Class

New Class Alert! We are adding a Crawler + Me class to give parents with moving babes the space to continue their yoga practice together in our supportive community.

Marie will teach this 50-minute class --it will start with a Circle to get the children grounded in the space followed by strength-building yoga asanas with your child. You can plan for a fun class full of connection, song, and a calming Savasana together.
