Rise and Shine Family Yoga

Get ready for some Sun(day) salutations and Kirtan with our favorite children's musician Megan Schoenbohm! Find your center and connect with your child through fun and animated poses, while cultivating community, kindness and body awareness. We'll stretch and twist, then chant and learn stories of the world. ALL AGES are welcome and no prior experience is required. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours.
