Teen Workshop: Interactive Bookmaking with Ana Bedolla

This event is expired.

Contemporary Jewish Museum
736 Mission Street
San Francisco, CA 94103

Experience an interactive bookmaking workshop with Bay Area-based artist Ana Bedolla in conjunction with the current exhibition "Daria Martin: Tonight the World." For this workshop, teens will create their own dream journals using the power of the five senses (sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing) and knowledge passed down from ancestors. Snacks and materials provided.

Ana Bedolla was born in Mexico, raised in California, and currently lives in San Francisco. She received her BFA in sculpture at the Academy of Art University. Her work is a fusion between sacred geometry, memories of her grandmother, and her vivid dreams. Her mediums are handmade paper, illustrations, and other insect-like inspirations.

Free for teens; space is limited. RSVP recommended at teens@thecjm.org

Presented by Contemporary Jewish Museum.
