Virtual Fashion Design Class! - Studio 4 Art

8 classes: Sept. 9, 16, 23 30, Oct 7, 14, 21, 28                                                                 

About: Wait until you see the excitement and the knowledge of design your children will be introduced to with this virtual fashion class! We will experiment, investigate, and execute our own designs in both 2D and 3D forms. 

This class is created for those that like to design outfits and accessories! Designers will create fashion mood boards, draw outfits from mannequin templates, use 12” mannequins to drape fabric on and create outfits for, design polymer jewelry, upcycle t-shirts with textile design, and hand sew. It is a FULL and engaging hands-on class for independent learning.

Cost of class includes all supplies needed and delivered to your home (we ship), and zoom classes to introduce and assist in new techniques. Although we do not provide a sewing machine, if your child has one and would like to bring it to class, please do.  We are designing the projects mindfully with “less mess” ideas (although some materials do stain) and will go over how to properly use materials and set up an art space for the class. All virtual classes stay true to following the education that S4A is known for.

Supplies will be delivered the weekend before class begins. Zoom classes are with teacher Jenson. Your meeting ID will be given one day before the class begins. These classes will be run similarly to our in-person classes with weekly projects.
