The Clover Family Fun Series Returns to Luther Burbank Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa

This fall the Clover Sonoma Family Fun Series returns to Luther Burbank Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa with six fantastic shows for young audiences and their families. Beginning in October, the series will delight audiences of all ages with a brand-new fairy tale, awe-inspiring acrobats, a world premiere musical, and more.

This season, Family Fun Series subscribers will be invited to exclusive post-show meet-and-greet and autograph sessions with the performers, as well as an opportunity to attend a backstage tour and docent-guided Sculpture Garden Art Talk. Each event in the series will also feature pre-show activities, including Free Fun with Art, custom-designed arts and crafts projects for the whole family, and pizza and drinks at the concession stand.

Single tickets, ranging in price from $12 to $21, are available for all performances, as well as 4-show and 6-show season ticket packages, which offer a savings of 10% to 29% off regular ticket prices) are now available at, by phone at (707) 546-3600, or at the box office located at 50 Mark West Springs Road in Santa Rosa.

  • Go, Dog. Go!
    Wednesday, October 11, 2017, 6:30 pm
    Go, Dog. Go! by Childsplay. Go, Dog. Go! brings the adventures of P.D. Eastman’s timeless book to life in a frolicking musical dog party. The cast of this beloved preschool favorite has gone to the dogs—with cars, hats, audience participation, and even a wild game of ball—as this hilarious visual spectacle manages to sneak in some important lessons about life between innings. Go, Dog. Go! is a musical romp full of surprises, clowning, singing, barking, and of course, six lovable dogs!
  • La Belle: Lost in the World of the Automaton
    Tuesday, November 14, 2017, 6:30 pm
    The acclaimed Imago Theatre presents La Belle: Lost in the World of the Automaton, a new fairy tale praised by The New York Times and National Public Radio. Using over 100 special effects and large-scale puppetry, La Belle is a retelling of the original classic Beauty and the Beast using elements of steampunk to tell this magical tale.
  • Golden Dragon Acrobats

    Recognized throughout the United States and abroad as the premiere Chinese acrobatic touring company of today, Golden Dragon Acrobats are back by popular demand. Combining award-winning acrobatics, traditional dance, spectacular costumes, ancient and contemporary music and theatrical techniques, Golden Dragon Acrobats present a show of breathtaking skill and spellbinding beauty representing the best of a time honored tradition that began more than 25 centuries ago.
  • Pete the Cat
    Sunday, February 25, 2018, 3 pm
    Pete the Cat by TheatreworksUSA makes its way to the Center. Based on the popular book series, the groovy blue cat is excited to be on his way to stay with a new family, but Jimmy Biddle is nervous about how their houseguest is going to shake things up. Together, Jimmy and Pete take audiences on a musical adventure of friendship.
  • Casa Mañana’s Mr. Popper’s Penguins
    Thursday, April 19, 2018, 6:30 pm
    Casa Mañana’s Mr. Popper’s Penguins comes to Santa Rosa after success in New York and on London’s West End. The delightful, action packed musical adaptation of Richard and Florence Atwater’s award-winning book features original songs and performing penguin puppets.
  • Goodnight, Goodnight Construction Site
    Sunday, May 6, 2018, 3 pm
    Goodnight, Goodnight Construction Site by Bay Area Children’s Theater wraps up the season. The world-premiere musical is based on the bestselling book by author Sherri Duskey Rinker and illustrator Tom Lichtenheld.

Tickets for individual shows range from $17–$21 for adults and $12–$16 for children. Four-show season packages save 10% off regular tickets prices and six-show season packages save up to 29% off regular ticket prices.
