Marin County Fair Drive-Thru Fair Food This July!

Fair food booth

If you're disappointed that this year's Marin County Fair was canceled due to COVID-19, you'll be excited to learn that you'll still have a chance to savor your fair food favorites! The Marin County Fair will offer drive-thru fair food on the next two weekends, July 10–12 and 17–19, in the parking lot of the Marin Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium in San Rafael.

Come savor your fair food favorites from 11 am–8 pm on these two weekends. Offerings will include giant corndogs, funnel cake, cotton candy, candy apples, caramel apples, churros, kettle corn, caramel corn, lemonade, and more. Daily menus will be available on the Marin County Fair’s Instagram and Facebook pages.

Fair food booths will be set up in the parking lot of the Marin Veterans' Memorial Auditorium facing Civic Center Drive. To order food, line up in your cars on Avenue of the Flags and proceed through the parking lot, where your order will be taken. It will be like going through a drive-thru, but with fair food!

To maintain social distancing, everyone will be asked to remain in their vehicles. Vendors and fair employees will follow appropriate guidelines, wearing masks and gloves, sanitizing surfaces frequently, and properly packaging food.

We look forward to attending the Marin County Fair next year, July 1–5, 2021. Until then, a corndog and some cotton candy will help bolster our spirits during these difficult times.
