Loren Altura will lead a 60-minute Vinyasa flow with her carefully curated playlist and intentional sequencing followed by 30 minutes of fun partner poses. After a deluxe savasana, enjoy wine, cheese and community. Our studio is located in downtown San Anselmo within walking distance to several cafes and bistros.
