Newcomer needs recommendations in San Rafael
Hi everyone!
We just arrived San Rafael from Baltimore last week and look forward to meeting everyone. Our daughters are 6.5 and 4 and we are looking for recommendations for the following essentials (we are in San Rafael/Sun Valley):
- pediatricians (saw posts from 2007). Anything near ?
- dentists
- cleaning person
- primary care physicians
- vets
- swim lessons
- ballet schools
- martial arts school (jiu jitsu)- Mandarin speakers and playgroups
- Spanish speakers and playgroups
I'm sure we'll have more questions as we get settled.

I can help with a few.
Marin pediatrics in greenbrea is great. There are several doctors there and it's a nice small practice.
If you go to sanrafael.org you will see all of the swim lessons available at the community centers.
