Speak to Me: Intelligent, Inspiring Events for Women

Speak to Me 2015Where can you go to hear inspiring talks by fabulous speakers from around the Bay Area and beyond, taste delicious food and wine, and connect with other women like you? The 2015–2016 Speak to Me Series offers all this over four evenings from October 27, 2015 through May 3, 2016.

Designed for women by women, this inspiring and fun series takes place at the Mill Valley Community Center and draws women from all over the Bay Area. Come listen to dynamic and influential speakers like Christin Powell, chief product innovator at EVER Skincare and co-founder of Juice Beauty; world renowned thought leader and educational expert Yong Zhao, Ph.D; and Jennifer Dulski, president and COO of Change.org.

Each Speak to Me Evening Series event begins at 6:30 pm with an elegant reception featuring delicious appetizers by Chef Nicole Kollock of Savory Pear and a wine tasting from the wineries of the Wine Road of Northern Sonoma County. Presentations, followed by a question-and-answer session, starting at 7:15 pm. Afterward, meet the presenters, mingle with friends, and enjoy amazing artisan desserts from SweetE Organics.

Advance single tickets for Speak to Me events are $75 each. Through October 27, you can buy a series package and save 10%! The Evening Series package costs $270 and includes all four evening events. With the Friends Evening Series package, you can enjoy your choice of Evening Series events with friends and save 15%—the package includes 12 anytime tickets to the current series and costs $765.

Also check out Speak To Me's more intimate Lunch & Learn Series focusing on health and wellness and sponsored by Marin General Hospital. Lunch & Learn events cost $50 and take place at Piatti Restaurant in Mill Valley and take place from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. The 2015–2016 Lunch & Learn lineup is coming soon.
