I have a 3 year old boy and a 1 year old girl and am looking to find some other mothers in a similar boat who are interested in getting together for hikes, walks, or anything fun. My son is only in preschool on Wednesday mornings, so he definitely needs more time with kids his age during the week. I have a background in marine ecology and art/design and hope to get back into that world once the kids are older. For now, i'm trying to stay sane and keep the kids busy/stimulated but it's hard to do without other mothers who understand how challenging it is day in and day out.

We live in Tiburon, and I seem to be one of very few stay at home mothers in the town - at least that's how it seems at the playground. We are used to driving all over Marin county to get out and meet up with friends.
