Ladies Shred

Ladies Shred is an epic chance to dive into the world of surfing, skating and creating. 2 days of surf, 2 days of skate, 1 day of creating. Our camp is designed to bring girls of all ages and all skill levels together in hopes of cultivating a gorgeous sustainable community of inspiration and learning. We blend a mindful and yogic practice to increase strength, balance and flexibility. We encourage brilliant shredding through togetherness and patience. These sports are inherently difficult, it is our goal to create accessibility to all. We want everyone shredding! We have transport if requested with 2 meet up places, in Mill Valley and San Rafael. We travel to different skate parks and beaches in Marin County. It will always depend on the skill levels of the group, tides, winds and spontaneity.
