Train2Change Sports Performance: Run, Jump & Land!

The RUN, JUMP, & LAND program is designed around three very important athletic movement skills: running, jumping and landing. These are primary movement skills needed for successful participation in multi-directional sports and coaches simply do not have enough time or expertise to teach them to their young athletes.

Directed by Marin's Premier Speed Coach, Rob Viramontes (NSCA), the RUN, JUMP & LAND program links sports skills and athletic development with injury prevention techniques. Our proven training system has helped thousands of young athletes increase their speed, improve agility and become better athletes who are less prone to injury. With every speed, agility & quickness drill, athletes are taught correct running form, body posture and proper mechanics associated with pivoting, cutting, acceleration and deceleration.

Through various games we infuse "fun" into our drills to keep each athlete motivated and enthusiastic for training. We don't mimic what the coaches of college or professional athletes do, we do what's age appropriate for your child, what's right and what's fun!
