If you’re looking for something fun and educational for the kids to do over this winter holiday break, Wildcare of Marin is offering Winter Wonderaland, a Holiday Camp for 1st and 2nd graders on December 29-31 and January 2 in San Rafael. The camp runs from 9:00 am–3:00 pm. Wildcare, located adjacent to Albert Park in San Rafael, is a small, urban wildlife rehabilitation center for thousands of ill, injured, or orphaned wild animals from around the Bay Area, and it’s a great educational experience for kids and families.
The four-day camp costs $200. The Holiday Camp is very popular, so spaces are limited. If you’re interested, go to their website to download their form (PDF), which you can fax (415-456-0594) or mail. For more info about Wildcare, go to their website or to our past article about Wildcare. Wildcare is located at 76 Albert Park Lane in San Rafael.
