Art and Emotion! We’ve combined both into a class for caregivers and children to participate in together. In this class, you will learn child-friendly ways to help your child cope with and express big feelings during emotional moments. Using a variety of art media, group lessons will also focus on increasing confidence, emotion regulation skills, and enhancing family connection. Our class wraps up with Connection, a HeART in Mind online art showcase featuring all fabulous works of art created in class.
