Join us for a fun virtual photography workshop from Marin Humane! Our theme will be "Fun with Furry Friends" as you photograph daily activities of your own companion animals. Prior camera experience is not required. Instruction and handouts on basic photography principles will be provided and the main focus of the workshop will be on techniques to capture great photos.
What you'll need:
Digital camera or any device that has a camera
Memory card (empty) or ability to email photos
At the conclusion of the workshop each student will mail their digital storage card to the instructor or email/upload photos to a Dropbox link. Photos will be uploaded to a private gallery for viewing and the card will be returned by mail. Each student will receive a set of five original greeting cards featuring their favorite photos.
The class will be taught by Kathie Meier, longtime Marin resident, Marin Humane volunteer, and avid photographer.
Ages 8 and up.
