About Kat: Kat O’Loughlin is a Holistic Nutrition Consultant that believes helping people to live more healthful lives is important and powerful work. Passionate about sharing knowledge, she offers community workshops, teaches healthy cooking to kids and has a private nutrition consulting practice in Marin. She enjoys helping people get to the root cause of why they are not feeling their best and believes in eating the rainbow!
