About the Class:
Come experience the benefits of a gentle flowing yoga class in a safe and non-threatening environment. Learn to listen to your body, practice breath work and achieve body awareness. Proper body alignment cues, poise modifications and physical adjustments will be given throughout class so that all participants feel successful.
We offer many Gentle Yoga classes during the week.
