Class Description:
Jab, Cross, Slip your way into incredible shape with this all out boxing class that incorporates real combinations, bootcamp drills and tons of sweaty fun! BodyShots® will knock your socks off! Begin with elevating your heart rate immediately followed by HIIT rooted in strength training. This is a non-stop, power workout focused on increasing stamina, power, agility, speed and strength. Heather's Mantra is: Have Fun. Work Hard. Get Fit. Make sure to arrive early so class can start on time. It takes a few minutes to get gloves on and all ready.
