This ia an annual community event where all are welcome to gather in remembrance and celebration of the lives of those who we have loved and lost. For over 35 years, during the month of December, hundreds of bright, clear lights have illuminated their Light Up a Life Trees; each light symbolizing the life, hopes and dreams of a loved one.
To make your 2021 Light Up a Life contribution and to submit your memorial names, please click here. Names of your loved ones will be carefully added to their memory book which will be on display at this year’s events.
The event is hosted by St. Joseph Health Hospice Services, Hospice of Petaluma.
