Marin Wildlife Discovery Day

This event is expired.

Let’s celebrate the diversity of Marin’s unique and fascinating wildlife! Please join us, the Marin Municipal Water District, and the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy as we host the first Marin Wildlife Discovery Day (part of the 10-day Bay Area Science Festival). The event will feature hands-on science learning activities and fun for the entire family! Parking and admission are FREE.

Wildlife diversity plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy and functioning ecosystems. Meet the organizations that make it their mission to protect our natural lands and the vast array of wildlife that live here. Partners include: AmeriCorps Watershed Stewards Project, California Native Plant Society, College of Marin, Conservation Corps North Bay, Felidae, Friends of Corte Madera Creek Watershed, Golden Gate Raptor Observatory, Manor School Green Team, Pepperwood Preserve, Project Coyote, Redwood High School Global Student Embassy, River Otter Ecology Project, Turtle Island Restoration Network, and WildCare.
