The Millette Method of Sleep for Babies & Toddlers

When babies and young children aren't sleeping, parents aren't sleeping. Angelique will be discussing The Millette Method approach to sleep and discuss the toolbox of various methods use for ages/stages. Naps, dropping night feeds, breastfeeding, transition to toddler bed will be a few of the topics discussed.
The first hour Angelique will be discussing babies (0-12 months) and the second hour she will discuss toddlers (12-36 months).
Babies in arms welcome.
When: Sunday, September 20th from 2-4pm

Bio: Angelique Millette is a nationally recognized pediatric sleep consultant, lactation educator, pediatric sleep researcher, and creator of the Hands to Heart Sleep Swaddle Angelique developed The Millette Method© and uses many different methods to help families sleep. Angelique's doctoral research addresses infant sleep locations, infant/maternal sleep quality, and postpartum depression/anxiety.
