The popular Sundays on Telegraph event series returns to the Telegraph commercial district this Sunday, July 19 and each Sunday through August 30. From 12pm to 5pm each Sunday, Telegraph Avenue will be activated with live music, artists, craftsmen, and family-friendly activities. The events will include a closure of Haste Street between Telegraph and Bowditch, and musical performances at Channing Way, Haste Street
Sundays on Telegraph is produced by the Telegraph Business Improvement District (TBID) and sponsored by the City of Berkeley and various media partners. The series is part of a larger effort, led by TBID and in partnership with the City of Berkeley, to increase and preserve the vitality of the Telegraph district through marketing, events, enhanced cleaning services, business attraction, and other strategies.
Telegraph Avenue is one of Berkeley's most historic and vibrant commercial districts.
