I'm live in Novato and I'm looking for a nanny share starting in November. I'm due July 20th and I'm starting my search now.

If anyone knows of a great nanny in the marin or novato area, that would be great! Also, I wanted to know what the average rates out here are. I know what they are in SF but I'm not quite sure in Marin.
