Rosa has been my Nanny since my son was a newborn (he's now 2). I can not say enough good things about Rosa! She's wonderful. She has never been late or called in sick. She's always willing to work extra hours/stay late. I have taken her on many family vacations. She has worked in Marin for over 20 yrs. Tons of experience being a Nanny. She is Spanish speaking, some English. I haven't had any trouble communicating with her (and I speak very little Spanish). Her teenage daughter is fluent and is available to help communicate while you interview/train. My son loves Rosa, and she him. I highly recommend her especially if you have a newborn.
