Amazing Nanny Available Part time - 20 hours/week

I'm writing this post and recommendation on behalf of our amazing nanny Carmen who has been with our family for over 4 years. We hired Carmen back in 2012 as our nanny full time in San Francisco when our son Luke was just 3 months old. Prior to working for us, Carmen was with another family for over 4 yrs as well until they relocated to Denmark. We now live in San Rafael and have a 3 yr old girl as well and both our children are now in pre-school full time. Based on that, Carmen is looking for part time Nanny work with another family ~ 15 to 20 hours a week on M,W,F anytime after 11AM.

Carmen's native language is Spanish, but she speaks decent English as a 2nd language. For the record, Tammy and I both don't speak Spanish and it's worked out well. Also, she will speak Spanish to your children if you want so they can start learning the language at a young age. Carmen has lived in the Bay Area for over 25 yrs and has raised 5 children of her own into adulthood. Carmen LOVES our kids and they LOVE her and and we LOVE her. Everyday since we've known Carmen she brings a consistent joyful, positive and loving attitude into each day as she cares for the children and keeps the home in order. I can't emphasize enough how important her vibrant personality has been for the family and children. It's been awesome. Carmen not only is an excellent Nanny, she also considers herself to be a professional house cleaner. She will keep your home spotless!!! She daily does the family laundry, folds the clothes and puts them away in the appropriate drawers. She cleans the kitchen, does the dishes, cleans the bathrooms, makes the beds, waters the plants, mops the floors..... the list goes on and on. Basically, she can't sit still as she takes a lot of pride in her work. Most importantly though, she's a seasoned and loving nanny with a lot of experience taking care of children from newborns to toddlers. One thing to note is that Carmen doesn't drive, which hasn't been an issue for us, but could be for parents with older children and busier schedules.

Carmen is available to start working right away starting next month in November. Please let me know you're interested or have any questions and I can have Carmen reach out to you. I'm happy to talk over the phone to answer any questions as well. I can be reached at (415) 509-4306.

Carmen’s direct number is (415) 368-8902.

Best Regards,

Lance
