The Cave Birthday Parties

Book our main gym space and open dining area for a unique birthday party at The Cave! Our party staff will set up tables and chairs appropriate to the size of your party, and the kitchen is also available should you want to take advantage of it. Birthday parties at The Cave are 1.5 hours and consist of warm-ups, skill work, structured free play in whichever discipline you choose, and time for celebration. Party hosts are responsible for bringing cake, food, drinks, utensils, plates, cups, tablecloths, and decorations. We have three birthday party themes: Gymnastics, Parkour, and Gymnastics Parkour Combo.

Schedule

Party slots are 1.5 hours in duration the following days and times:
Saturdays: 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.

Sundays: 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

All parents of party participants must sign a liability waiver prior to attending the party. They can do this either by registering in our system or by downloading this form.

Policies & Pricing

The minimum age for all parties is 4 years old, and parties for kids turning 4 or 5 are limited to 10 kids, including the birthday child.

Our party base rate is $360 (this covers up to 10 kids, including the birthday child). For kids turning 6+, extra guests can be added for $18 each.
