28th Annual Union Street Easter Parade

The 28th Annual Union Street Spring Celebration and Easter Parade celebrates and showcases the diverse community of San Francisco and features some of Union Street’s best restaurants serving attendees in an outdoor bistro setting.
The event is not your average Street Fair or formal Parade. It can best be described as wonderful, wacky, elegant and fabulous. We will have plenty of children’s activities such as photos with the Easter Bunny, pony rides, a petting zoo, Mrs. Rabbit’s Fantasy Hat Garden, and a Faerie Garden. The Faerie Garden will feature delightful Faeries creating balloon animals, passing out glitter tattoos, and other interactive arts and crafts activities. Our Easter Bonnet Decorating Contest is also back this year. Sign ups are form 11 AM to 1 PM at the info booth on Buchanan and Union. Winners and prizes will be announced at the stage at 3:15 PM. The Easter Parade will take place at 2 PM and is free for all to participate. You can sign up online here or in person in front of Sherman School at Green and Franklin.
