Birth Herbs - Herbs for Pregnancy, Labor & Birth

This will be a fun and lively class for midwives, doulas, moms-to-be (and their partners and/or birth team), and others who work with pregnancy, birth and babies. We will cover herbs for pregnancy, labor & delivery, postpartum recovery and ways to care for your newborn, including how to make homemade herbal baby products.

Covers pregnancy, preparing for delivery - including the Blessingway as a preparation tool and herbal birth kits, labor & delivery, and the first 7 days of postpartum care.
