The Conscious Parenting workshop is designed to help you navigate parenting mindfully and with greater intention and ease. The workshop takes place on two Sundays and covers important topics such as parenting a challenging child and getting the support you need. Isa Gucciardi developed the Conscious Parenting class series to help parents gain greater confidence and enjoyment on the path of parenting.
About the Instructor: Joanna Adler, Psy D CHT is mother of two and a licensed Clinical Psychologist, Depth Hypnosis Practitioner, Research Coordinator, and instructor at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream in Berkeley, CA.
