Family ArtBash Sunday: Celebrating Authors Big and Small
Join us as we celebrate books and reading at The Museum's annual family book day, presented in partnership with the SF Public Library and the San Francisco Unified School District. Create pop-up books with C.K. Itamura from the Book Arts Roadshow Project; listen to stories alongside real dogs with the San Francisco SPCA's Puppy Dog Tales; visit the Library's Green Bookmobile, check out books made by SFUSD students as part of the Ezra Jack Keats Bookmaking Competition; get grooving in a movement workshop with Antoine Hunter's Urban Jazz Dance Company; and take in a marionette performance of the story of Aladdin with Fratello Marionettes.
Storytime and musical performance will be ASL translated.
Admission is free for two adults when accompanied by a visitor 18 and under, or a transition aged youth 18-22, on Family ArtBash Sundays.
Presented by Contemporary Jewish Museum.
