Family Yoga with Pomegranate Staff

Amber Charne and Veronica Geretz rotate months teaching this wonderful class, full of fun, connection, and well-being for all members of your family. Each week we will enjoy simple, fun, light hearted movement with songs and stories to help children make a connection to yoga. Postures and pace will depend on the group practicing.
Set an example of peace and grounding for your child by joining us and sharing the joy of yoga with them.
This class is not recommended for children under the age of 2.5yrs.
$85 for a 5-pack of Family Yoga classes, which covers 1 practicing adult and 1 practicing child. Babies are free and invited to join the rest of the family in carseat or on a blanket.
Additional family members can join for $25 for all 5 classes or $5/class per family member. Individual drop-ins are $23, our standard class rate. Please register on our weekly class schedule:
