Family Yoga Series with Amber Charne

A time for fun, connection, and well-being for all members of your family. Postures and pace will depend on the group practicing. Babies are welcome to be in the room on a blanket, car seat, or boppy, and toddlers and older children are encouraged to join mom or dad in yoga. Set an example of peace and grounding for your child by joining us and sharing the joy of yoga with them.
$85 for a 5-week series covers 1 practicing adult and 1 practicing child. Babies are free. Additional family members can join for $25 for all 5 classes or $5/class per family member.
Clients may attend 1 makeup session for a missed Family Yoga class as long as future classes are scheduled.
