Together we'll move from station to station singing songs about our brave and strong SUPER DADS as they wow us with their mighty lunges and bicep curls! Mommies, you might be giving your own SUPER DAD a break for the morning (even SUPER DADS get tired) so grab another family member or friend to join the workout for free.
