What is Body Back?
Body Back is a 1 hour High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workout specifically designed for women at all stages of motherhood. One hour that is all about YOU to focus on yourself and get an fun, challenging workout. Oue classes focus on functional movement and strength for motherhood and life, and clean eating with delicious real food. All of our classes end with a relaxing meditation designed to motivate and recharge you. We are more than reps and sets! We care about ALL OF YOU!
